Side effects of Dianabol and Anadrol

Similar to Testosterone and Anadrol 50, Dianabol is a powerful steroid but also one that comes with notable side effects.

Methandrostenolone is somewhat estrogenic so gynecomastia is a constant concern during its use, and can occur early in the cycle. Particularly when high doses are used, at the same time water retention can be a very pronounced problem, causing a notable loss of muscle definition as well as gains in water and subcutaneous fat.

More sensitive individuals will want to keep estrogen in check by adding an anti-estrogen such as

Nolvadex or Proviron.

Arimidex is a stronger drug and may be a better choice, but may be somewhat expensive compared to standard estrogen maintenance therapies.

Other side effects that are common with the use of this substance are:

Oily skin breakouts.
Acne.
Growth of facial and body hair.
Aggressive behaviors may increase.
Worsen any pattern baldness.

Sensitive individuals may want to avoid the use of this drug and opt for a milder anabolic such as Deca-Durabolin.

While Anabol does convert to a more potent steroid via interaction with the enzyme 5-Reductase (the same enzyme that converts testosterone to dihydrotestosterone) it has a very low affinity to do so in the human body, being moderately androgenic.

The use of Dianabol is really only popular in men, when it is used by a woman there are very strong symptoms of virilization. Some however experiment with this drug and find that low doses (5mg) of this extremely powerful steroid give muscle growth gains. When Dianabol is administered it will produce exceptional gains in strength and mass.
