I’m having login problems in your website, how do I retrieve my account password?

If you’ve lost your password just click the “Forgot your password?” link on the My Account login page.

Enter the email address associated with your account and we will email you a new password. If you don’t receive that email within a few minutes, please check your junk mail folder or spam folder.

Some email programs may mistakenly misroute your confirmation e-mail to the junk folder.

We recommend that you add as a safe sender to ensure proper email delivery.

How do I create an account in your website?

Please go to REGISTER and fill in required information.

How do I change my payment method for my current order?

The payment method cannot be changed once the order has been submitted. You can place a new order and select your preferred payment method again.

Can the money be seized by the payment agent?

Never, even if a transaction is suspicious, the money will be returned to the sender.

Why has my wire transfer been returned?

Most common reasons are missing purpose of payment and spelling errors. It is better to give the agent a paper note with the name and other information written correctly.

Make sure that you follow each step exactly as outlined in payment order instructions.

The payment information I added to my order is wrong. What should I do?

Send us a email with the correct payment information and send us your ticket code. Make sure to add a comment with your new payment details to explain the reason.

What happens to my money if the payment is cancelled?

You can either take your funds back or follow the managers directions to fix your payment information and submit your order again.

How do I know if my money transfer has been received?

We will send you a confirmation email stating receipt of payment.

My payment is cancelled. What do I need to do?

There can be many reasons why your payment did not come through. The manager will make a comment for your cancelled payment so you can read it and fix the issue.

How long will it take to accept my MG/Bitcoin payment?

Please allow 3-4 business days to process your payment and an additional 3-4 days for shipping processing. If you have any questions or concerns, please send us an email.

How do I pay by Western Union, MoneyGram?

Please first register in our website.  Start by placing your order. Depending on the payment method you select during checkout, the website will provide you with complete payment instructions for the payment method you chose. The payment directions will be shown on the screen and sent to your email address.

What store is best to choose? – Bancoppel or Bodega Aurrera for Western Union payments?

Please choose Bancoppel as it is always easier for us and faster for pick up, ALWAYS TELL US WHAT STORE you sent from.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Western Union, MoneyGram and Bitcoin (Bitcoin by request only). When placing your order you will be guided through each step. We do not accept credit cards or any other form of payment. If there is anything you have questions about concerning this, please don’t hesitate to contact our Billing Department and we will assist you.

What could cause a delay in accepting my payment?

The most common cause of delay is not following payment procedure directions correctly. You have to tell us FROM WHICH STORE YOU SENT YOUR PAYMENT. Make sure that you follow each step exactly as outlined in the payment instructions when you place your order.
