How long does it take to wait between cycle steroids?

How long to wait between steroid cycles?

The first factor is to get a complete recovery of the HPTA (hypothalamic axis, testicular pituitary) of a cycle before starting the Next.

When a steroid cycle anabolic is very short, let’s say of only 2-3 weeks, the recovery of the cycle occurs almost immediately. While that well-planned cycles of moderate length, such as 8 weeks, often allow recovery in as little as 4-5 weeks.

Long steroid cycles, such as those over 12 weeks and in particular 14-16 weeks or longer, or poorly planned cycles, where long-acting testosterone ends, often have very long recoveries, around to 6 – 8 weeks or even considerably more. I think this is the minimum mandatory rest for any cycle, 8 weeks, and as long as we are already recovered, since starting a cycle if you have recovered your HPTA axis, yes, at the end of said cycle you will have many more problems to restore your hormonal axis and the recovery will be much slower 3 – 4 months or more, even up to 6 months in certain occasions.

So first, and regardless of what is written below in terms of time, you should wait until your natural testosterone production is back to your average or higher normal level, without the help of any drugs.
Otherwise, the rest time between cycles should be calculated in relation to the time of anabolic steroid use, including the elimination time after the last injection. Another way to look at it is through the balance between the number of weeks anabolic steroids are used and the number of weeks they are not used.
No one can really give absolute and exact stopping values. Rest time vs. use time is a gradually sliding scale, depending on your goals and how much you’re willing to risk your health.

Conservative use

Twice the rest time for the use time is totally conservative for most people looking to build muscle, and it offers absolutely excellent results. In reality, the only reason to be even more conservative would be if you just want to keep fit.

Moderate use

A rest time more or less equal to the consumption time is normal. When the cycles are planned well, there is generally no problem doing it this way and, obviously, this implies somewhat faster results than in the previously exposed possibility.

Aggressive use

Resting only half the time in relation to the time of use is quite aggressive, this would be for high competition athletes. Logically, it must be verified that recovery is adequate and that blood tests become more important with this frequent use. Here you always have to control liver values and cholesterol. With this time of use, our hormonal axis generally does not fully recover, since in my opinion and experience, if you do not give at least 8 – 9 weeks of rest with strong cycles, full recovery does not occur.

It also depends on your goals, if you are going to be a professional, then you will have to do long cycles of 4 or 5 months or more, resting only 4 or 5 weeks to control liver values, unloading your liver from so much workload, that is, you would be with anabolic 8 or 10 months a year, obviously your hormonal axis would be damaged for a long time or for the rest of your life, having to treat you with testosterone from now on.
